Volunteer Vibe is an initiative of ImpactMatrix and Rule of Law Committee (501c4) assisting community level charity and development through advisory, outreach, networking, strategic planning, plus support in administration, finance, fundraising, compliance and technology. Our leadership team has decades of professional experience across the United States and around the world supporting thousands of local nonprofits and community advancement, all the way from villages to the United Nations.

Rule of Law Committee (501c4) conducts advocacy support predominantly to communities and grassroots including the following areas:

Our leadership team's combined background has provided support to charitable initiatives from local community groups to large institutions, including the following projects:

• Volunteer recruitment, fundraising assistance and partnership development for Veterans coalitions in the United States 
• Disaster recovery and rebuilding assistance including research, advisory, partnership development, volunteer recruiting, and fundraising for Appalachia 
• Fundraising support to a Catholic Diocese in Ghana to advance their nine (9) clinic network for medicines, medical equipment, water, and local farm-to-table partnership 
• Advocacy support to a village association in Cameroon to restore access to water supply
• Coalition building and strategic planning support for medical development in South Sudan  
• Advocacy support to refugee crises in the Middle East including medical aid to refugee camps, democracy development, human rights, national security, and coalition building  
• Fundraising assistance to child and infant hunger and starvation for UNICEF in Latin America 
• Advisory support to local farm-to-table initiatives in Rural Haiti
